he better children's wear line Nutmeg by Jazzmin, based in Gardena, Calif., has pinks ranging from fuchsia to raspberry and wine in its fashion-forward line. Designer Hazele Samson said layering tops for children and mixing textures are also central elements in the line.
"We'll have a few cashmere pieces with lace. The primary fabric is velvet, and we also have a stretch corduroy and two-tone fleece," Samson said. A fleece tuxedo jacket, which wholesales for $46, has matching $42 pants with satin camouflage stripes on the side. "A lot of the pieces are also lined with stretch satin camouflage.
